If you have already submitted a pre-order, your chosen retailer will be in touch very soon to confirm the specification of your car and walk you through the payment options available to you. Then all that’s left is to sit back and wait for your new Arkana to arrive.

when will my car arrive?
The earliest arrivals will be September, and the latest will be December. If this changes in the coming months, we’ll be sure to let you know but we are working as hard as we can to get the cars to you as quickly as possible.
how can I get my deposit back?
Really simple. We offer no hassle refunds of your £99 pre-order deposit. Simply contact our customer relations team by whichever channel is most convenient to you, and they’ll sort it out straight away. You can see how to contact us here.
i’ve changed my mind on the specification, can I change my pre-order?
Don’t worry, your order does not become final until our friendly retailer has been in touch with you to finalise your requirements, so just keep in mind the changes you’d like to make and explain them to your chosen retailer when they make contact. They can make the changes for you.
what are your finance offers?
You’re a pioneer! You’ve pre-ordered your Arkana before any vehicles are built and our finance offers aren’t ready yet. We’ve given you the MRRP to give you an idea of the cost of the vehicle, and we’ll continue to work on our finance offers, which will be available when your retailer gets in touch with you. If the finance package (or anything else!) isn’t right for you, we’ll simply refund you your deposit.
i have a part exchange, what is it worth and can I use it towards buying my new Arkana?
Yes! We welcome all part exchanges and you will be able to use this towards the purchase of your Arkana. When your retailer gets in touch, they’ll ask you to take your vehicle to them so that they can give you the very best value of your car, and help explain what your new car will cost you. In the meantime, you can see what your car is worth today by clicking here, but note that values change all of the time (up and down!) so the valuation you get today may be different from the one you receive in July.
i already have a Renault funded with finance, can I still pre-order?

It may take our retailers a few days to work through all of the orders, but rest assured they will be in contact with you as soon as possible! * To pre-order an Arkana, you must be a UK resident (including the Channel Islands) and over 18. These pages are updated on a regular basis. However, in the unlikely event that your chosen selection is no longer available, your dealer will assist you in finding a suitable close alternative. Your reservation does not commit you to a purchase or guarantee the selected vehicle, until you have completed your order with your local Renault retailer. Renault UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, without notice. £99 holding deposit is fully refundable up until the point the vehicle order is completed in conjunction with your local Renault retailer. ** Service plan applicable on All-New Renault Arkana when pre-ordered with a £99 holding deposit between 24th May 2021 and the date on which orders open with Renault retailers (expected week commencing 12th July 2021). Vehicle must be registered in 2021 to be eligible. The Service Plan covers the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements for the term of the Service Plan purchased. The plan ends when the vehicle reaches the age (3 years from date of registration) or mileage limit (30,000) whichever comes first.
